End User License Agreement

What this covers

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") covers the software Fenestra Studio provides with our services (the "Software"):

• your client account at fenestrastudio.com/account, including project tracking, payments, change requests, file uploads, reviews, visitor counts and the website lock;
• the site kit script that runs on websites we host;
• the team portal used by our employees and contractors; and
• any code, templates and components we use to build and run your website.

By creating an account, signing in, or using a website that includes our Software, you agree to this EULA and our Terms of Service.

Your license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own business, only with the website we build and host for you, and only while you are a client in good standing. Team members get the same license to use the team portal for their work with Fenestra Studio.

Your website's code

Once you have paid your build in full, you own your website's finished design and content, as set out in our Terms of Service. Our reusable code, templates and components inside your website are licensed to you, not sold, and you may keep using them with your website, including after you leave us. You may not resell or reuse them as a product or template for others.

What you may not do

• Copy, modify, sell, rent or share the Software, except as this EULA allows.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to get the source code of the Software, except where the law clearly allows it.
• Remove or bypass the site kit, the website lock, sign-in, or any security feature.
• Access another person's account or data, or try to.
• Use the Software to break the law, send spam, or harm our systems or other users.
• Share your password, or let someone else use your account.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us right away at imran@fenestrastudio.com if you think your account has been used without permission. We may suspend an account to protect you, other clients or our systems.

Team portal

The team portal is only for people we have authorized. Information in it, including leads, client details, prices and payouts, is confidential. Team members may use it only for their work with Fenestra Studio and must not copy or share it, during or after their work with us.

Your data

Information you put into the Software is handled under our Privacy Policy. You give us permission to store and process it to provide our services.

Updates

We may update, change or remove features of the Software at any time, for example to improve security. We will not remove a feature that is central to a service you have paid for without telling you first.

Ending this license

This license ends when you are no longer a client, or if you break this EULA. When it ends, you must stop using the Software, and features that depend on our hosting (your client account, visitor counts and the website lock) stop working. Sections that by their nature should last, such as ownership, restrictions, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue after it ends.

Ownership

The Software and all rights in it belong to Fenestra Studio. This EULA gives you a license to use it, not ownership. Any feedback you give us, we may use freely.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fenestra Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the Software. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes are handled as set out in our Terms of Service.

How long this applies

This End User License Agreement is in effect from October 21, 2026 and has no end date. It stays in effect for as long as you use our website or services, and afterward for anything that by its nature should continue, such as payment obligations, ownership, limits of liability and governing law. It only changes if we publish an updated version on this page.
