These terms cover this website and the services Fenestra Studio provides. By asking for a preview or buying a website from us, you agree to them.
What we provide
We offer a free homepage preview, a website build and an optional care plan that covers hosting, security updates and changes you request.
The free preview
The preview costs nothing and does not commit you to buy. It stays our property unless you go ahead with the website build.
Prices and payment
The website build costs $2,500. Half is due when you approve your preview, and half is due before the site goes live.
The deposit is non-refundable. You see your homepage preview for free before you pay it, and it covers the work we start as soon as you approve.
Seven-day promise: we launch your website within seven days of the day you have approved your preview, paid the deposit and sent the photos, services and details we ask for. For each full day past that date that the delay is ours, you get one month of the care plan free. Days we spend waiting on you, and changes you ask for after you approve the preview, do not count. Free months are applied to the care plan once it starts and have no cash value.
The care plan costs $250 a month or $2,500 a year, billed in advance, starting at launch. You can cancel it with [NOTICE PERIOD] notice.
While you are on the care plan, you can request changes to your website at no extra cost: text, photos, prices, hours, and new sections or pages in your site's existing design. A full redesign, or a new feature such as online booking or a store, is quoted separately before any work starts. We aim to make each requested change within [CHANGE TURNAROUND].

Timeline
We aim to finish your site within seven days of receiving your approval, your first payment and the photos and details we need. If those arrive late, the timeline moves with them.
What you give us
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you own, or have permission to use, the photos, logos and text you send us.
Who owns the website

Our responsibility
We build and maintain your site with care, but we cannot promise a set number of calls, customers or search rankings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
