This policy explains what Fenestra Studio collects when you visit this website or ask us for a preview, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in our form, call or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address and what you tell us about your business.
If you create an account, we also store your password in a scrambled form that we cannot read, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in.
If you apply to work with us, we collect your application and any resume you attach, and use them only to consider you for the role.
If you write a review from your account, we show it on this website with the name you chose and your business name, once we approve it. You can change it from your account, or ask us to take it down.
Photos, logos and documents you send from your account are stored privately and seen only by the people building your website. Change requests you send are kept with your project.
If you accept cookies, we also collect basic visit information, such as the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, and the site that sent you here.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, build your preview, deliver and bill for our services, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site stores one small record to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies, which count visits and show which pages people read, are switched on only if you accept them.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the home page.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run Fenestra Studio, such as our website host, form and email providers, analytics provider and payment processor, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We may also share information when the law requires it.
If you pay online, the payment is handled by Stripe on its own page. We never see or store your card number. We send email through an email service, Resend, which receives your email address and the message.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you. If you ask for a preview and do not become a customer, we delete your request after [RETENTION PERIOD].
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email imran@fenestrastudio.com and we will respond within [RESPONSE TIME]. You can also decline cookies and still use the whole site.
Children
This website is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
